TERMS OF USE

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE COMMUNITY RISK DATABASE OR API SERVICES, YOU ("User") SIGNIFY ACCEPTANCE OF AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

DEFINITIONS

"API Documentation" means the technical specifications and integration guidelines provided for implementing the API Services.

"API Services" means the application programming interfaces, documentation, and related services that enable Users to access and contribute to the Community Database.

"Community Database" means the collective repository of Incident Reports and Encrypted Observables maintained and contributed to by Users.

"Encrypted Observables" means any data points related to potentially high-risk activities, including email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, and digital device fingerprints, which are encrypted using SHA256 before storage.

"Incident Report" means a structured record documenting a violation of terms of service, fraudulent activity, or other reportable incidents, including relevant Encrypted Observables.

"Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, as defined by applicable privacy laws.

"Platform" means the web-based interface, API endpoints, and documentation that enable access to the Services.

"Reportable Incident" means any verified event involving: (a) Identity fraud or synthetic identity use (b) Use of stolen payment methods (c) Submission of forged documents (d) Confirmed criminal activity (e) Significant property damage or theft (f) Pattern of terms of service violations (g) Organized fraud activity (h) Money laundering attempts

"Risk Assessment" means the evaluation of potential risks associated with an Observable based on Community Database records.

"Services" means the API Services, Community Database access, and related services provided under this Agreement.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing the Services, you:

• Accept all terms and conditions
• Agree to maintain compliance with these terms
• Consent to data processing terms
• Accept jurisdiction requirements

API SERVICES AND LICENSE

We grant you a limited license to:

• Access API endpoints
• Query Community Database
• Submit Incident Reports
• Receive risk assessments
• Access documentation

The license is:

• Non-transferable
• Non-exclusive
• Revocable
• Purpose-specific

DATA QUALITY AND PRIVACY

You agree to:

• Submit accurate reports
• Provide documentary evidence when available
• Update information when necessary
• Protect user privacy
• Follow data protection laws

We commit to:

• Maintain data accuracy
• Protect user privacy
• Secure stored data
• Process data lawfully
• Respond to concerns promptly

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

Required security measures:

• TLS 1.2 or higher for data transfer
• SHA256 encryption for observables
• Secure API key storage
• Proper error handling
• Regular security updates

PROHIBITED USES

The Services may not be used for:

• Credit decisions
• Employment screening
• Housing decisions
• Insurance underwriting
• Consumer eligibility determinations

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

We own:

• Platform and APIs
• Database architecture
• Risk algorithms
• Aggregated data
• Documentation

You own:

• Your submitted reports
• Your integration code
• Your custom tools

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We provide the Services "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions
• Data accuracy
• Business decisions
• Integration results
• Consequential damages

TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access:

• For violation of these terms
• For misuse of the Services
• For security concerns
• At our discretion

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms:

• With reasonable notice
• By posting on the Platform
• For technical improvements
• For legal compliance

By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
